Let Love Grow

Panola Valley Garden in Lindstrom, Minnesota hosted the most beautiful and sweet group of people yesterday. Laura and Matt excitedly gathered their closest friends and family for a small, intimate wedding in the lush gardens at Panola.

Laura thought of everything! I learned so much and took away so many ideas. Plus the color scheme was BLUE and I love blue anything! I pretty much told both mothers that if they were getting rid of their wedding outfits, I’d happily buy them! Ha!

They wrote PERSONAL notes on each place setting at the tables! I was in awe! I will share mine and Moriah’s on Facebook. I didn’t take a big camera picture of those but I did photograph the ones for the sweet couple we sat next to and share one below!

The served salad, dinner and dessert was amazing and the guests continued the joy-filled celebrating with a fabulous after-party at The Uncommon Loon in Chisago City following the dinner.

The heat was so bad this past week, we were all worried and praying for a cooler day and God sure answered those prayers! It was a gorgeous day!

Matt and Laura met online through Plenty of Fish during Covid and Matt proposed in Duluth

According to Laura: Matt planned a day trip to Duluth...I had NO idea a proposal was coming! We went shopping, ate lunch, walked around...all the normal things we would do! Then we went for a ride to a beach I had never been to. We went for a short walk, enjoyed the sites, and sat down on a big log to cuddle (it was COLD!!!). Before I knew what was happening, Matt had taken the ring box out of his pocket and was holding it up asking me to be his wife. He had the box the entire day and did not even ONCE give an indication that he was planning this! So fun. I LOVE surprises!!

They are such a sweet couple! They love to laugh, go on road trips, and hang out in the pool in the summer floating and reading. Enjoy this massive sneak peek of their beautiful day!
